    Surface Water Quality Summary Report - 1998-2003 by Karen A. Saffran
    This report presents the results of a study undertaken during the first five years of the Oldman River Basin Water Quality Initiative. Water quality studies taken from the headwaters and stretching all the way to the confluence with the Bow River are compiled in this report and serve as a baseline that we can use to monitor the quality of our water as we undertake watershed management efforts.

  • Water Management Plan
    Alberta Environment has released the draft water management plan for the South Saskatchewan River Basin (SSRB). Included in the plan is recommendations on how much flow is to remain in the main rivers of the SSRB for the aquatic environment and, conversely, how much water remains available for allocation.
